[pkg-opensc-maint] Bug#917109: opensc: Rutoken ECP card not work after upgrade

After upgrading opensc-0.16.0-3, opensc-pkcs11-0.16.0-3 to opensc-0.16.0-3+deb9u1, opensc-pkcs11-0.16.0-3+deb9u1 "Rutoken ECP" token not work:

$ pkcs11-tool -L
Available slots:
Slot 0 (0x0): Aktiv Rutoken ECP 00 00
  token state:   uninitialized

Card shows as uninitialized, but it was initizalied. Before upgrading card was working. After downgrading opensc, opensc-pkcs11 packages card also is working:

$ pkcs11-tool -L
Available slots:
Slot 0 (0x0): Aktiv Rutoken ECP 00 00
  token label        : Rutoken ECP (User PIN)
  token manufacturer : Aktiv Co.
  token model        : PKCS#15
  token flags        : rng, login required, PIN initialized, token initialized
