[pkg-opensc-maint] Resquest to add this package to stretch-backports

Hello,

This is the first time that I contact a Debian package maintainer, so I
will use this opportunity to say thanks for the great job that you are
doing here.

As the subject of this email says, I would like to request you to backport
the opensc-pkcs11 testing version to the stretch-backport. The reason for
this request is that there is an issue (
https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/issues/810) that prevents the Spanish
national ID card to work properly on the version available on Stretch. As
you can see on github, the issue got resolved on the version 0.17 but
Stretch was freeze on the version 0.16.

Checking the dependencies looks like the testing package would work out of
box on Stretch and actually I can confirm this since I could install the
testing version on top of the stable one, without add any other dependency
to my installation.

Also I have done a couple of test with my ID card and the testing version
and work pretty much as it was supposed to work.

If you are not interested in maintain another package on stretch-backport,
I would offer my help to do this job but reading the backport repository
guide I would require a mentor to perform the uploads.
