[pkg-opensc-maint] Bug#983826: OpenSC's C_GetSlotList ignores the tokenPresent parameter

Dear Maintainer,

When using pkcs11's C_GetSlotList function with the open-pkcs11 module,
the tokenPresent value is ignored, and so slots with no tokenPresent are returned.

Fixed upstream in https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/pull/2248
