[Pkg-openssl-devel] How to patch files?

Hmm. This is a problem with the way we did the svn layout. I decided to
not include the upstream sources (which are huge) into the svn
repository. So, if you want to include new files, you have to extract
them from the upstream tar archive, add the files to the svn archive
(svn add) and then do the changes. I did it this way on some occasions.
