[Pkg-openssl-devel] OpenSSL 0.9.8?

I recently got a new cell phone and started playing around with SSL on it and
found that my CA cert needs to be in the WTLS format.  Luckily I found that
0.9.8 of OpenSSL supports it!

Turns out Debian does not have this version in the APT repository yet.  Can
you give me an idea if this new version is being considered for APT in the
relatively near future?
