Package: openssl
Version: 0.9.8a-5
Severity: normal

After creation of demoCA using CA.pl -newca I'm trying to generate a CRL
with
openssl ca -gencrl
and:
Using configuration from /usr/lib/ssl/openssl.cnf
Enter pass phrase for ./demoCA/private/cakey.pem:
./demoCA/crlnumber: No such file or directory
error while loading CRL number
2889:error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory:bss_file.c:349:fopen('./demoCA/crlnumber','r')
2889:error:20074002:BIO routines:FILE_CTRL:system lib:bss_file.c:351:

Touching the file won't help, nor echoing 0 into it as it supposingly
wants an ASN number in the file.
