[Pkg-openssl-devel] intall openssl

Dear sir,
              I intall openssl-0.9.8e on debian,and it says ok. but I can't use openssl command ,and tell me can not find the command. what should I do? or could you tell me the entire   flow of  openssl install? Much thanks.
