Package: libssl0.9.8
Version: 0.9.8e-5
Severity: important

with a pax-enabled kernel ssh aborts with the following error message:
ssh: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.0.9.8: cannot
enable executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied

After removing the flag with execstack ssh works as expected.
