[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#524982: DTLS

Patchsets 17500 and 17505 are simple bug fixes which are necessary to
make "normal" DTLS work too, and which have already been included in two
releases on the 0.9.8-stable branch.

It's only 18307 which is specifically for compatibility with Cisco's
"speshul" implementation. That patch is merged upstream now, and will be
included in the _next_ release from the 0.9.8 branch.
