[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#570702: libssl0.9.8-dbg: missing debug symbols on kfreebsd-amd64

Version: 0.9.8k-8

As seen at <http://packages.debian.org/sid/libssl0.9.8-dbg>, the
kfreebsd-amd64 libssl0.9.8-dbg package is significantly smaller
than the others.

This seems to be because debian/patches/debian-targets.patch
doesn't include the "-g" compiler option for debian-kfreebsd-amd64
(and debian-avr32, for that matter), so the debugging symbols aren't
generated at all.
