For me the problem occurs in a mixed system. I need one specific package
from testing which depends on libssl1.0.0, but all other packages depend
on libssl0.9.8. Both packages can be installed simultaneously without
problem.

Unfortunately libssl1.0.0 says it breaks openssh-server which I do not
want to upgrade to testing. The stable openssh-server could continue to
use libssl0.9.8, just as are doing other packages such as postfix,
openssl etc..
