[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#666051: Long client hello messages

It seems graph.facebook.com still has issues with long client
hello messages.  But it seems to be depending on the IP address
you connect to.

This works and gets you TLS 1.2:
69.171.234.34

This fails with the long ClientHello and works with a shorter
one, and only supports TLS 1.0:
69.171.234.98
66.220.149.49
66.220.147.27
