[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#683158: several openssl commands claim ssl2 is supported

Hi,

Several openssl commands claim that ssl2 is supported in both
inline -help and manpages.

This is not the case, when using that option, the inline help is
redisplayed.

I guess that reverences to -ssl2 should be dropped.
