[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#731947: genrsa manpage talks about 512 bits default key size

Hi!

reading the manpage

       numbits
           the size of the private key to generate in bits. This must
           be the last option specified. The default is 512.

fortunately openssl does generate stronger keys (1024) by default so
the manpage needs update
