[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#781929: Bug#781929: Is it a packaging/compiling issue within Debian itself or has the issue been forwarded to OpenSSL BTS as well ?

This is not an upstream OpenSSL problem.

The version in experimental drops symbols.  This is intentional.
All reverse dependencies making use of those symbols are affected.
All of them will need to be fixed not to use those symbols.
