[Pkg-openssl-devel] upgrade to Jessie Openssl-lib

Hi Sir,
I am using the Openssl-lib Wheezy Package in my Arm Embedded system. And my all application are compiled against Wheezy Openssl-lib (dynamic lib).For security release i want to upgrade to Jessie Openssl-lib Package. Do i need to recompile all my application with new Jessie Openssl lib?
Please help us on this.
