[Pkg-openssl-devel] openssl transition

Dear Debian OpenSSL Team,

it seems the Transition tracker
(https://release.debian.org/transitions/index.html) doesn't list the
openssl transition anymore which seems strange as for example nsd build
depends on libssl-dev but the binary package still depends on
libssl1.0.2 (>= 1.0.2d). Was the transition cancelled or is there a
problem with the tracker?
