[Pkg-openssl-devel] Dropped libssl dep on alljoyn-*

Hi,

it seems you uploaded recently alljoyn-core-1* to the archive and based
on the changelog you no longer use openssl. Would you mind dropping
libssl-dev from B-D?
Some packages B-D on libssl-dev and don't link against it which turns
out to be a silent error. Due to API changes in 1.1.0 the configure
check fails but the build continues…
