[Pkg-openssl-devel] OpenSSL RT#4130: 'enginesdir' pkgconfig variable

FYI... I got unhappy at seeing this horridness in libp11:

So I added an 'enginesdir' variable to libcrypto.pc. It'll be in the
next 1.1 and 1.0.2 releases. Since you're updating enginesdir as part
of your build, please don't forget to update libcrypto.pc too when you
update.

In fact you can even start adding enginesdir to libcrypto.pc straight
away, without updating to a new release.
