Package: openssl
Version: 1.0.1t-1+deb8u4
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

[SECURITY] [DSA 3673-1] openssl security update
introduced a regression: X509v3 CRL Number is now "...."

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

wget http://crl.comodoca.com/TBSX509CAbusiness.crl
openssl crl -inform der -in TBSX509CAbusiness.crl -text | head -15

displays
            X509v3 CRL Number:
                ....

should display
            X509v3 CRL Number:
                6336

also reproduced this regression on Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
