So you wondered why `openssl enc -d' stopped working for you and you
stumbled over this bug? If yes and you think that release notes would
help then I might open a bug with a note about this.
Also I could add some details like RC4+3DES are no longer supported in
TLS which means that Windows XP won't be able to communicate anymore.
