Package: openssl
Version: 1.1.0e-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I have encrypted a text file with using openssl aes-256-cbc a few months ago and, when tried do decrypt it, the output was totally garbled. When I copied the file to another computer using jessie's 1.0.1t-1+deb8u6 version, it worked as expected.
