[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#912439: OpenSSL in Debian Testing breaks SSL connectivity in some cases with hexchat/irssi

Reverting back to this version fixes the issue:
openssl_1.1.0f-3+deb9u2_amd64.deb

I found another related bug opened here:

Is there a way we can set the size so we are able to connect properly when
using the updated version or is this a compile-time option that needs to be
changed in the newer versions?
