[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#908751: openssl: testing SMTP connection with s?client output is impossible

Package: openssl
Version: 1.1.1-1
Severity: normal
when running the command
openssl s_client -connect mailserver:25 -starttls smtp -crlf -quiet
everything works fine
if I leave out the parameter -quiet, the "RCPT TO: me at my.dom" command always results in a renegotiation
in consequence the command is not transfered to the server and the test can not be completed
the problem also exists in version 1.1.0h-4
I have tested against a postfix installation
