[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#926322: libssl1.1: datovka app is crashing after upgrade to libssl 1.1.1b

Dear Maintainer,

Bug in openssl version 1.1.1b is the case of crashing application datovka.
After the discussion on gitlab issue for datovka package it has been idetified
that the bug is somewhere inside the openssl library and it has been introduced
in version 1.1.1b.

Please, try to resolve this bug as soon as possible, Datovka is very important
app for communication with government in Czechia, we use it for backuping the
messages with government and the messages are removed from servers in 90 days
period. Without this application it is quite time consuming manual work to
backup messages.
