[Pkg-openssl-devel] OpenSSL3.0 Support on Debian Bullseye / Buster

Hello,

Are there any plans for porting OpenSSL3.0 to Bullseye? As I understand the
support for OpenSSL3.x is only starting from bookworm.
If this is the case, will OpenSSL1.1.x be supported on bullseye and buster
till the end of life for each of them. (for security updates)
