[Pkg-openssl-devel] Bug#1078020: Bug#1078020: Unfortunately 3.3.1-6 didn't fix the bug

N/m, it's still broken. For now I just force set(_ossl_prefix "/usr")
in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/OpenSSL/OpenSSLConfig.cmake, which
I know is a terrible workaround but at least it gets me by until this
is fixed correctly.
Thanks for the help trying to sort this bug out! Hopefully someone can
provide a proper project and more reports will come in. I imagine that
will be the case once it filters down.
Cheers
