Hello Debian Team,

For our projects, we use Debian 12 Bookworm as the base operating system and test the Debian packages using autopkgtest.

We would like to compare the test results generated by autopkgtests on our system with those available in Debian to ensure that the package under test functions as expected.

Initially we thought of checking Gitlab CI jobs for autopkgtests available in salsa.debian.org. Reference links:

  1. Openssl autopkgtest: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/openssl/-/jobs/6872991

We reviewed the pipeline jobs for most packages and observed that autopkgtest jobs primarily run on Debian/unstable (sid) or the master branch, but not on Debian/bookworm (also checked with version tag). This prevents us from directly comparing test results with the same package version.

  * Openssl pipeline branch filter: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/openssl/-/pipelines?page=1&scope=all&ref=debian%2Fbookworm
  * Openssl pipeline tag filter: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/openssl/-/pipelines?page=1&scope=all&ref=debian%2Fopenssl-3.0.15-1_deb12u1 (Tests not available with the current version present in Debian 12 Bookworm)

We primarily run autopkgtests either completely or on a per-test name basis for a specific source package. It would be very helpful to have logs for both types of runs.

Please share the details on how to obtain the test results for packages with the version present in Debian 12 Bookworm.

Thanks & Regards,
Badrikesh
