[Pkg-openssl-devel] Error openssl package tracking 3.0.17-1~deb12u3

Hello

I am trying to access openssl old stable and getting an error https://packages.debian.org/source/oldstable-security/openssl.
I am trying to get fixed version for  3.0.17-1~deb12u3<https://packages.debian.org/source/oldstable-security/openssl> and cannot see any details on website and also it is not available in https://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/o/openssl/
I am jave dev so Debian is outside of my knowledge pool but can you take a look maybe
