[Pkg-openssl-devel] openssl 3.5 memleak

Dear OpenSSL PKG group,

It seems Trixie is using an openssl version that is affected by a memory
leak bug:
https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/29077

# apt-cache show openssl
Package: openssl
Version: 3.5.4-1~deb13u1

As per my experience, Squid is struggling with it. A heavily-used squid-openssl binary
is consuming more and more RAM (which was not a case before the upgrade).

Are you planning to release a new version in the near future?
