[Pkg-opt-media-team] Getting dvdisaster updated in testing

Dear Takaki,

I just spent some minutes on the packaging of dvdisaster and I think
that it is slightly better than before (but a lot of work needs to be
done to get the debian/rules file cleaner).

If you are OK with the changes that I committed so far, please let me
know and I will upload a new revision to the repository.

I hope to be able to work on other packages this week, but I will also
travel to NYC to attend DebConf, and it is possible that I don't have
time to update cdparanoia this week. In that case, I would love if you
could give a look at the package.

Even if you don't have time, if you happen to just spot some problems,
you can write me a brief list of what you see (preferrably, with a copy
to the list) and I will try to work on that.

This way, we benefit as much as feasible from peer-review in our group.
