Package: dvd+rw-tools
Version: 7.1-6
Severity: important
We're using growisofs to write BD-R 50G media (iso-level 4 multisession).
When a couple of sessions are written and the amount of data is above
25G, growisofs (here: writting 5 files a 1G) fails with error message
'No space left on device' reporting an negativ count of blocks available
(see below). dvd+rw-mediainfo reports enough space left.
When using option overburn, media will be written correctly and data
could be verified successfully.
IMHO this should be done without option overburn, because when at
real end of media reached, using the option overburn may be harmful.
For further data and further tests required please ask.
regards,
michael herscheid
