Let's start with libiso. I did not have time to review much the other  
packages.

- debian/copyright is incomplete, Some © holders mentioned in files are 
forgotten. You should use "cme update dpkg-copyright" and fix remaining errors 
in the file (and log bugs against libconfig-model-dpkg-perl if you think some 
mistakes can be avoided. I won't hold that against you ;-) )

- control: 
 * you can remove George from uploader since he orphaned this package
 * please fix the Vcs-* values as recommended by "cme check dpkg" and lintian
 (run "cme fix dpkg" to fix this")

Otherwise, the package looks good.

No, you can add yourself as uploader whenever you want.

You can also decide to move this package in  pkg-opt-media-team.
