[Pkg-opt-media-team] Bug#1032747: dvdisaster: Track new upstream

There is a new upstream location for this package.

The original sourceforge page,https://sourceforge.net/projects/dvdisaster/, now hints to:

The leading fork of dvdisaster on Github,https://github.com/speed47/dvdisaster, is also merging pack its patches with the new upstream with the goal of converging and becoming an alternative place for upstream development.


I think Debian should reflect this and start pulling new versions from this upstream (latest is 0.79.10)
