Currently, it looks like this:

GET [CURRENT] CONFIGURATION:
 Mounted Media:         41h, BD-R SRM

I suggest changing it to this:

GET [CURRENT] CONFIGURATION:
 Mounted Media:         41h, BD-R
 Recording mode:       SRM (sequential recording mode)

This makes it clear that "SRM" is not part of the disc type, but the recording mode, and also shows what it means.

For SRM+POW, it would look like this:
 Recording mode:       SRM+POW (sequential recording mode + pseudo-overwrite)
