Hello!

Apparently the problem i mentioned was caused by libapache2-mod-php5.

Latest changelog entry:
  * Return /usr/share/php to the default include_path that got dropped
    when we stopped building PEAR from this source package
    (Closes: #817769)

And that fixed my problem.
