[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Action requested: migration of alioth list pkg-owncloud-maintainers

I'm hereby asking for pkg-owncloud-maintainers at l.a.d.o to be migrated.

As the current admin is not available and I don't seem able to add myself as 
an admin from the alioth web interface I'm CCing this mail to pkg-owncloud-
maintainers-owners at lists.alioth.debian.org to ensure transparency.
