Maybe you should instead add a dependency on the package
"libgnome-keyring0" as suggested in this comment:
https://github.com/owncloud/client/issues/6455#issuecomment-384252918

Dear maintainers,

I am using owncloud-client version 2.4.1+dfsg-1 on a fresh installation
of Ubuntu 18.04. I installed it following the instructions provided on
https://software.opensuse.org/download/package?project=isv:ownCloud:desktop&package=owncloud-client

I was bugged by the fact that I had to re-enter my password on every
startup. It took me some time to figure out that I was missing the
package libgnome-keyring-common. (You can read more detailed information
on this thread:
https://central.owncloud.org/t/linux-client-does-not-save-password-always-authorizes-through-the-browser/13215/7
)

I ask you to add a dependency for the package libgnome-keyring-common.
If not a dependency, than at least a recommendation.

Apologies if I sent this message to the wrong place; please forward if
necessary.

Kind regards
Nicolas
