Hey,

I can't reproduce your issue on a KDE environment. I can add new accounts to 
my nextcloud client. That's why I lowered the severity.

What server version do you use?

Do you have a backtrace to see where it breaks.

Have you checked if the password is stored in GNOME keyring?
