[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] owncloud-client REMOVED from testing

Hey,

I wont care about owncloud-client anymore. It is because of discussion about
supporting Nextcloud servers. owncloud-client still works with Nextcloud
server, but hitting everytime a button "Yes I want to sync to the server" is
not a nice workflow. For me it is super seeded by nextcloud-desktop.

If anyone wants to take over and care about owncloud-client, great! I will
also help the new persons stepping up.
