[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Nextcloud-Desktop Update 3.0.0

Hello there,

yesterday the Nextcloud-GmbH released a major update on their 
desktop-client. Since it is very hard to update an AppImage and 
integrate it into Linux, I always used the package in your repository.

I (and I guess many other too) would be very happy, if you could release 
this update as well.
