   a) Notebook cold start and user login : icon is there and syncs with operation
   b) user logout  (nextcloud  is terminated) && user login : process nextcloud is  up, but no Icon
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
	 c) pkill nextcloud ; start nextcloud from terminal or desktop menu : Icon shows up and syncs with operation
   * What was the outcome of this action?
