[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Joining the owncloud maintainers

Hi,

owncloud-client has been dropped from the archive as unmaintained. I
actually would be eager to take care of it.

Would you please grant me access either on the project or on the whole
salsa group please? :)

I did a QA upload of that package in 2018 already.
