Could you advise as to the current download location, please? It looks
like maybe the right people didn't detect the new version releases
because it moved from the address format shown on
https://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/watch?pkg=owncloud-client
or at least download.owncloud.com seems to redirect to
attic.owncloud.com now.

I expect your website is very good at directing people to the correct
version to download but we don't really have enough volunteers to click
through lots of websites just on the off-chance there's a new release.

There is also a comment in the recent packaging history that I do not
really understand about "documentation building made impossible" which
may be a problem but I am not sure it blocks a new release.

Other than that, patches to fix any of the bugs shown at
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=owncloud-client
- or telling us which ones you think are fixed in the current version -
would probably help speed up packaging and inclusion of a newer version.
