[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] ownCloud desktop client 3.2.0 released

Hey folks,

we just released our ownCloud desktop client version 3.2.0! The release 
can be found on GitHub [1], where we also provide a changelog.

This is mostly a bug fix release, so packaging wise there should be no 
changes compared to our previous release, 3.0.0, which introduced some 
dependency changes.
