[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#1064883: nextcloud-desktop: logfiles do not belong into ~/.config/

Dear Maintainer,

~/.config/Nextcloud/nextcloud.conf contains no specific
settings for where logs are saved.

Default seems to be ./config/Nextcloud/logs/

Which is definitively wrong. Logs can grow indefinitively.
Mixing them with config data makes it difficult to define
useful backup strategies. Same applies for defining disk quotas.
 
I cannot cite the corresponding Debian RFC, but there must be
rules where logs belong to.

I also tried dpkg-reconfigure which reconfigured nothing.

The error I got was caused by full disk. Which the error
message did not explicitly say. However I forgot to copy it.
