Dear Maintainer,

I would like to salvage kdsingleapplication.

Criteria;
----------

New upstream outstanding since 2023.
No uploads for over a year.
No maintainer response to any bug reports.
Active upstream (~100 commits since last Debian upload)
QA issues with the package, see

(Reverse dependencies of kdsingleapplication are now not unique to owncloud.
kdsingleapplication is also a dependency of my package strawberry.
If I maintain this package myself, that would reduce the workload for 
the owncloud team.)
