[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#980025: could reproduce on trixie, potential fix

great so we finally found a working solution. And it means that nextcloud 
desktop has some missing dependencies.

so please try to run on a system without kde-standard installed (strace and/or 
logging, so we may find the needed lib:

QT_LOGGING_RULES="*.*=true; qt.*=false" nexcloud
