Hi,

So, I've uploaded 4.0.1 to Debian unstable. Besides the upstream
changes we address the folowing things mentioned on the list.

This addresses part of the before mentioned postgreSQL issues.

This is another part. As PostgreSQL doesn't have/need a specific admin
user, Debian doesn't tell the user what the admin credentials are when
installing it. Hence, the user cannot input them. So the only way is
to tell the user to preconfigure a user, password and database.

This assumes the user is familiar with PostgreSQL. In case (s)he is not,
we should provide some hints in the text.

So, when patched, the writable check is only performed if the app store
is enabled.

This is a temporary fixed. I have added to the TODO items that this
should be fixed upstream.

As not having to send these updates anymore, i.e. which update fixes
what, please use the Debian BTS for issues. :)
