Ok, so, at the moment we have htaccess writable so it should work.  When using
future upstream we could, if we decide it is too much of a security risk,
no longer make it writable by wwww-data and then it'll work also.  We do lose
a feature then, though.

So, if there are any security objections, please let me know.
